Account Manager (Bali Based)

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining sales records and reports as required by the company in a timely and regular fashion e.g. using and updating CRM, filling out reporting templates
• Acting as Key Contact Person to required solutions with honesty, integrity, and professionalism and providing support at all times throughout their customer journey
• Developing and maintaining sales and post-sales relationships with high-value individuals e.g. company and product presentation, proposal creation, and contract negotiation
• Achieving or exceeding high net worth clients by helping them identify their needs, and assigned revenue objectives of the company
• Following up on leads provided by our lead generation system (no cold calls or cold selling!) and converting them successfully
