The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
- Record and maintain stock on a weekly basis.
- Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
- Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis.
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
- Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
- Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
- Preparation of various types of MIS reports
- Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar work.
- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations.
- Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
- Meet and exceed financial goals.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
- Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of business experience
