Maintain and monitor related with finance :

Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh staf yang berada di bawah pengawasan.

Minimal gelar D3 dari segala disiplin.

1+ years' store management experience

High school education or equivalent experience

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

Oversee stock and store operations

1-3 years experience as a store manager

Analysis of service data and service capabilities of the team to continuously improve services.

Possess education min. high school

Strong oral and written communication skills

Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

Set sales goals, compare performance against goals, and adjust goals as needed

Provide continuous learning to all team member on selling skills, product knowledge, Customer Service etc. to ensure highest level of competency

Have a strong leadership skills to manage Big Team

Work with team to give the best for customer to provide Excellence Service experience

Manages and ensure stock level base on standard

Manages and execute recruiting process for front liner & staff back office at store

At least 5 years hands on experience in managing store with at least 40 employee reporting to you

Customer Experience Management / Feed posting (on every Campaign period, Weekend)

Do the paperwork task to fill up the documents or files (Google spreadsheet/Excel) for Key Account Management Department

Do the sales update weekly

Liase with Customer Service to communicate the general questions

Set voucher/add-on deal/flexi combo/discount promo in Marketplace

Liase with department respective towards day to day operations

Build a commodity life cycle management model, and formulate targeted operational actions for each commodity according to its life stage;

Outstanding logical thinking and analysis skills, able to quickly handle multi-tasking and focus on business priorities;

Excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills and teamwork skills;

Experience in home department stores or cleaning procurement and development is preferred; having factory/brand cooperation resources are preferred;

Experience in commodity operation or platform industry operation, familiar with pricing strategy and marketing gameplay is preferred;

Traffic layout capability, effective planning and use of marketing leverage, price leverage to drive performance, improve category operational efficiency;
