An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers

Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.

Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.

Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.

Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment field

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Law.

Detailed understanding of Human Resource Management and Organization Business Process.

Organized, meticulous and has a good sense of time management.

Support in developing SOP, policies aligned with the local statutory regulations & requirements.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.

Strong knowledge of the manpower and employment laws & regulations in Indonesia.

A minimum of five years of work experience in HR functions includes compensation benefit and talent management

Drive strategy for talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HRIS, talent management and performance management

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology and/or other relevant field

Drive compensation benefit strategy and implementation includes salary benchmarking and salary grading

Proven track record at a managerial level leading HR COE

Excellent analytical-thinking, relationship-building and communication skills
