As our HR Manager, you will take on a crucial role in overseeing our organization's human resources functions. You will collaborate with various teams to support our volunteers and ensure a positive and inclusive volunteer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to create a positive volunteer culture.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities for volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer records and ensure compliance with volunteer agreements.
• Handle volunteer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to volunteers regarding HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to creating a positive volunteer experience.
• Currently enrolled as a college student or recent graduate.
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate with diverse groups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Previous experience or coursework in human resources or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
