Job Description

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengelola administrasi dan file dokumen HR serta klaim atauvoucherbiaya rawat jalan, asuransi dan permintaan pinjaman karyawan.
  • Mengelola administrasi dan pengurusan klaim/voucher rawat jalan dan asuransi.
  • Melakukan registrasi danfile data/ dokumen, mengaturpenyimpanan, mencatat keluar masuk dokumen danpenambahan atau perubahandata menyangkut data karyawan dan jabatan serta data pergerakan karir yang diterima dan data karyawan dan keluarganya, serta semua informasi tentang benefitnya.
  • Melakukantypingdan pengelolaan administrasi, Laporan bulanan HR program, surat keputusan promosi dan rotasi, ID Card, cuti karyawan dan pengurusan permintaan perpanjangan cuti, Pinjaman karyawan, rekapitulasi data absensi karyawan seragam karyawan.


Kualifikasi:

  • Memiliki komunikasi terbuka, jujur, teliti, detail, Disiplin, berfikir sistematis, proaktif & tanggung jawab
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 segala jurusan (lebih diutamakan Administrasi)
  • Trampil dan menguasai program Ms. Office
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang administrasi Personalia.
  • Memiliki kemapuan kerjasama tim yang baik
  • Lebih disukai mengetahui Peraturan Pph 21
  • Berpengalaman menghandle perjalanan dinas dan medical reimbursement
  • Mengetahui dan mengerti peraturan ketenagakerjaan
  • Memiliki pengetahuanfillingsystem
  • Mengetahui dasar - dasar sistem penggajian
