Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our apartment complex. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that will drive traffic, leases, and occupancy to the property. You will be in charge of managing the leasing team, budgets, and vendor relationships, while ensuring that our brand messaging is consistent and effective across all channels.

Responsibilities:

• Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and ROI-positive
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive traffic, leases, and occupancy to the property
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Manage the leasing team and oversee the leasing process from start to finish
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
• Manage and execute the resident referral program
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the property and network with potential partners

Requirements:

• High rise building/apartment background is a must!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in property management
• Knowledge of property management software a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
