About Our Company

PT. Adhi Trikarya Mandiri is aPT. Adhi Trikarya Mandiriis a company which specialize in HVAC Industry. Starting in 1996, we hold few products such as dehumidifier unit to condition the low RH for industries asPharmaceutical,Food & Beverages, as well as to maintain the seed storage and also many applications in Electronic Industry. Currently we are seeking for highly qualified candidate to join our team soon in developing our Human Resources Area.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Industrial Relation. Maintain good relationship with external party such as consultant, outsourcing vendors, and Governmental Ministry
  • HR Strategy. Develop and implement management guidelines, company regulations, that are compatible with human resource best practice, along with Management. Ensure the company's regulations are understood and followed internally by all levels of employee
  • General Affair. Ensure that the company aligns with legal standards especially Country Labor Laws, regarding with tasks such as recruitment, company regulations, and employment treatment. HR Manager underlines the compliance policies thatneeds to be implemented.
  • Recruiting Talent. Design and oversee selection procedures for new personnel until the onboarding process
  • Compensation & Benefit.Administer and maintain employee insurance plan, partnering with Management to forecast the employee salary budget.
  • Training & Development. Develop the successful team building with training program initiation
  • Company Culture.Coaching and Influencingcompany personnel, solves the employees’ issue which might pose a significant risk to the operational, and be responsible for personnel activities to support the productivity of operational work
  • Performance Management. Create new Job Classification & KPI standards system with Management and create a Weekly, Monthly, Annual HR Report to Management.
  • Change Management. Support, develop initiatives, and empower people in the company to create productive workplace environment
  • Employee Productivity. Develop the correct approach for tracking employee performance, coordinate with Management to assign employees based on KPI standard, and create the most effective evaluation


Desired Skills and Requirements :

  • Proven ability to lead change, influence, and coach employee on every level across the organization
  • Proven Certification of HR Matteris a plus
  • Target oriented individual who has the ability and awareness to create impactful results for company.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, great leadership and team-work skills.
  • Working Experience in any Industrial Service Principles at least 4-6 years, for HR Manager position
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Economics/Business Management/Accounting
  • Proven analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
