Junior Hr Manager Jobs

This position is for MPC's business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and present HR operational reports according to the set schedule
• Define operational targets and goals for the HR department that are in line with the company’s overall business strategy
• Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including onboarding, creating learning and development initiatives, and offboarding
• Administer payroll and propose changes to the compensation and benefits policies according to current market trends and the company’s needs
• Evaluate the efficiency of our current HRIS software, applicant tracking system, and learning management tools and propose upgrades or alternatives as needed
• Create new and update existing HR policies and procedures and oversee their implementation while ensuring the integrity of internal HR data and compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Create and manage the budget of the HR department by monitoring expenditures
• Act as a mediator and resolve employee disputes (especially for severe disputes)
• Supervise day-to-day HR operations and measure performance against defined KPIs

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• In-depth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and relevant local, state, and federal regulations
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
• Min 5 years of work experience as an HR Operation and able to handle comben and payroll in startup or tech company.
• Experience with HR reporting and analytics
