Job Description

s :

1. Handle & process employee Payroll including for BPJS.

2. Manage recruitment end-to-end process from screening CV, preparing contract, offering, arrange MCU, on boarding etc.

3. Process / submit the payment for payroll and other fees/expense through the internal system.

4. Control attendance, leave based on company regulations.

5. Employee relations management if they have some problem with work or with their superior, helping solve their problem if needed.

6. Arrange company culture event such as Annual Party, realme birthday anniversary, event hampers, holding activities etc.

7. Update & maintain employee data in the HQ system and also local HRIS.

8. Coordinate & handling vendor related to the HR such as insurance, HRIS & other services if needed.

9. Fulfill company compliance requirements and create/manage SOP related to the HR.


Job Requirements :

1. Experienced working in HR field for at least 5 years, understand about labour laws & HR basic knowledge.

2. Have experienced in process payroll especially Tax & BPJS calculations.

3. Bachelor Degree.

4. Fluent in Mandarin & English.

5. Have good public speaking ability and great confidence.
