POSITION

Assistant Brand Manager are story tellers where you can Shine thru the eyes of Mad's 200k+ followers. Your key KPIs will be the growth of the brand and the successful communication of the brand story.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and informative content for social media, including TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and social media best practices.
• Strategize communication & content plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for Mad for makeup & understand its potential.
• Strong skills in TikTok and Instagram Reels creation.
• Experience with video editing software, such as CapCut, InShot, or Photoshop.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
