From its humble origins in 1901 , Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s) incorporated in Singapore has now become synonymous with the food & beverage industry both locally and internationally. From soya sauce to the soya bean drink, Yeo’s slowly diversified into food and beverage products which included a series of Asian traditional beverages made from natural ingredients and herbs, and a wide range of products from chili sauce, soy sauce, culinary sauce, sesame oil and instant noodles.

We are currently looking to hire a Route to Market Manager to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Route-To-Market Manager to develop solid and optimized RTM strategies to explore new opportunities and potentiality of the market, in supporting and driving sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Conduct financial ananlysis Return on Investment of the RTM process to be shared with key stakeholders
• Ensuring control system is in place to get regional compliance on distributor management
• Ensuring Sales Support requirements and Business opportunities are identified and delivered on time to the Sales
• Coverage location : Sumatera, exclude : Kepulauan Riau
• Engagement and alignment of multiple functions and above-market RTM team
• Develop an Annual Business Plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with the commercial team and regional sales manager team
• Develop a strong process of reporting sales, market share and distribution performance to key stakeholders including RTM KPIs
• Ensure sales and distribution models are in line with company strategies

Main Prerequisite:-

• Bachelor's degree in any field of studies from a reputable University
• Ability to persuade and get results through managing diverse group
• At least 3 years' experience in a managerial role, with experience leading a small team
• Ability to work with detailed analysis
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales functions role, preferably in FMCG manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation
