At BASE, we are dedicated to developing innovative beauty and wellness products that resonate with our consumers. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Market Intelligence professional to join our dynamic team in achieving our ambitious goals.
As a member of the Market Intelligence Team within the Product Innovation and Development department, you will play a crucial role in gathering consumer insights and creating product concepts to address their needs. Working closely with our talented team, you will be responsible for conducting various research activities, such as monitoring market trends, conducting surveys, performing in-depth interviews, and developing product concepts. Together, we aim to understand the business objectives of our projects and engage with consumers to identify their challenges, providing innovative beauty solutions.
We are seeking individuals with strong empathy, open-mindedness, adaptability, and the ability to advocate for their ideas.
Responsibilities
The Part-Time Market Intelligence professional will be responsible for providing expertise in all aspects related to product development activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
● Conducting research to identify market trends and assess the market landscape.
● Gathering consumer needs and insights through interviews.
● Validating high-level product specifications (brochures).
● Conducting user persona interviews.
● Participating in weekly check-ins with the team to ensure coordination.
Requirements
● Passion for beauty and wellness.

● Familiarity with design thinking methodology is preferred.
● 2-3 years of experience is desirable
● Fast learner with a strong desire to acquire new skills and knowledge.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and inspire enthusiasm within the organization.
