Job Description

As a sales strategy you need to analyze all of the sales processes and be driven with problem solving. Strategic thinking, project management, and organizational operations are the most important skills in this role. If you also have experience in market research and business operations, ultimately you will help our company adapt to changes and grow.


Responsibilities :

  • Collect and analyze data to build a strong strategy and improve sales process productivity
  • Conduct research about the market competition to identify threats and opportunities, also industry trends and market changes
  • Generate regular reports and ad-hoc in-depth evaluation of business performance
  • Design and implement a project to accelerate the sales performance to make sure all of the centers can achieve their target
  • Evaluate industry trends and growth and make recommendations on changes to the focus and resource allocation
  • Provide insights in the company’s sales efficiency and create plans to emerge system and break down strategic enhancement
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendations for new initiatives or business models and drive processes
  • Prepare and coordinate with managers or other divisions, if needed, and communicate with the sales and marketing team regarding activity initiatives, marketing collateral, including but not limited to slides, proposals, script, etc
  • Mainly working with multiple stakeholders to assist in the coordination of internal multi-projects


Requirements :

  • Familiar to work with Ms. Office
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Strategic Planner / Business Consultant / Project Management
  • Demonstrating strong analytics and research skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or any related filed
