We are partnering with a well known real estate investment and asset management company in search of a COO for the hotel operations based in Jakarta.

The COO Hotel Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Hotel Operations, Office Building and Assets of the Company portfolio. This position is also responsible for partnering with executives throughout the organization to identify current and future operational needs and to

satisfaction and ensure employee development

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input and leadership on operational issues that affect the organization as a whole.
• Create and maintain development standards for new properties and/or partnerships including contract language and terms.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of corporate specifications, internal controls, and systems are established and maintained at each property.
• Chair the Executive Hotel Committee, providing guidance, advice and recommendations.
• Keep self and Hotel leadership current on all relevant hospitality trends to identify product concepts and services to pursue that achieve the company-wide strategy.
• Partner with Hotel leadership to maximize profitability across the company through delivery of system wide guest service standards, labor efficiencies, operational best practices and employee development.

Experience Requirements:

• The successful candidate will be a seasoned, experienced GM with luxury background, and regional or multi-property experience with a minimum of 20 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field required, complemented by a master’s degree (a plus) with in Hospitality Management degree preferred
