What will you do?

  • Project management: The CEO Office should be responsible for managing special projects that involve multiple departments. This includes creating project plans, setting timelines, identifying resources needed, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.


  • Strategic planning: The CEO Office should assist with the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and working with other departments to align goals and objectives with the overall strategy.


  • Investor relations: The CEO Office should be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investors, and creating presentations and materials for fundraising efforts. This includes creating investor decks, financial models, and other materials that effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to potential investors.


You'll fit with this role if:

  • Experience in Management Consulting/ tech property/ startup is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver effective business presentations and reports
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings regardless of audience.
  • Having a minimum of 2 to 3 years in corporate planning and project management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives.
  • Proven business writing skills & analysis skills. Project Management, Business Intelligence, Business Development
  • Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent knowledge of OKRs and experience implementing them is plus point
  • Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative and outside-the-box solutions
