II. Job Responsibilities:

A. Human Resource Management:

➢ Responsible for the local staff recruitment process, including Resume search/ interview

arrangement, and offer letter release ;

➢ Responsible for process the procedure of staff on-boarding and dismissing, contracts

management;

➢ Responsible for staff attendance management, salary calculation;

➢ Assist the line manager to do the staff performance and training management

➢ Other HR Relative affairs solve

B. Administration Management:

➢ Responsible for the company policy update and practice; including daily operations,

expense rules; etc

➢ Responsible for regular daily affairs of the office, such as customer reception support,

office materials purchasing, IT support, etc;

➢ Responsible for the management of the administration-related suppliers

➢ Responsible for the organization of staff activities

➢ Responsible for visa applicant

C. Financial Management

➢ Responsible for the cash /regular payment/ reimbursement record and management;

➢ Weekly and monthly fund management report;

➢ Fixed assets management

III. Job Requirements:

➢ Education: Bachelor's Degree

➢ Working Experience: at least 3 years of HR Manager relative experience

➢ Language Skills : Fluent written & spoken English is essential

➢ Computer & Technical software proficiency - knowledge of Ms.Office & Auto CAD

➢ Be adaptable, high responsibility, enthusiastic, and have a good team spirit.
