Job Description

About the Job

Handle and make improvements in Strategic HR, Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Industrial Relation area.


Requirements:

  • Having 3-4 years experiences handling Strategic HR Improvement
  • Having CHRP or BNSP certification is a plus
  • Having min. 2-3 years experiences in HR managerial area (in FMCG company is a plus)
  • Preferably strong in Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Industrial Relation
  • Willing to be placed in Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan/Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur/Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat
  • Preferably Bachelor Degree in Psychology
  • Strong in leadership, coaching, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and problem solving
