Job Description

Position: HR & Office Administrator

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Rasuna Said & Sudirman, Jakarta

:

We are actively seeking a highly competent and experienced HR & Office Administrator to join our esteemed organization. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing HR administrative tasks as well as providing support in general office administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to various departments by fulfilling ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking for team members.
  • Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with building management for facility-related matters.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Efficiently handle general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing employment contracts and exit documentation.


Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • English language capability is a must, Mandarin is a big plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in HR and general office administration roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
