Involved in overall SDLC - requirement gathering, design, test, deploy/release, data migration, project management

Participate in requirements gathering and development of functional specifications to ensure new application/s capabilities meet business needs

Senior consultant will require 5+ years of experience working in IT Implementation

Guide the business analyst to ensure that business requirements cover all aspects of the overall technical solution

Build and demonstrate trusting and credible relationships with executives, business partners, business and IT project managers and other IT support staff

You will provide quality assurance and ensure timely delivery of work products developed by the project teams.

8+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting or significant internal consulting experience in large organization

Demonstrated change management experience in areas other than HR

Ability to bring business perspectives and facilitate outcomes is more important than experience in HR roles

Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity

We are not looking for someone who manages outsourced training or someone without program design capability

Experience working with, or in support of diverse communities

1+ years of administrative experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably with all levels of seniority

Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Fluency with digital tools across productivity, conferencing, project management and CRM (e.g. Asana, Zoom, Hubspot and Google Suite or similar)

Market-leading compensation and benefits (50-100 AUD/hr equivalent, based on experience)

Extensive strategic or operational experience in fast-paced and high-growth professional environments

A refined consulting toolkit, including robust financial acumen, presentation development, and fully fluent English-language written and oral communication skills

Previous work experience at an early-stage startup

Consulting experience either at a professional services firm or an in-house advisory team

Have 6 -15+ years experience preferably in a consulting firm / strategic planning / industry specific required

Skills in Financial Modeling, PowerPoint, and Research.

Work with Corporate strategy team on research and designing corporate strategy.

Take the lead in generating presentations that can convey complex ideas in simple terms.

Take part in building and making financial models.

Minimum bachelor's degree from top universities.
