What You’ll Be Working On
This position could be either a part time or full time which will support and report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, with potential to move into the Chief Strategy Officer role themselves.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build mockups and working prototypes (usually in spreadsheets)
• Co-lead facets of practices that are currently staffed
• Investor presentation review for fundraising practice
• Financial modeling
• Tech leadership
• Provide edits and feedback on each deliverable to both ensure fit to
• Build an investor deck and pitch to prospective investors h. Oversee writing of patent
• Learning and Development
• Position services
• Design & conduct initial market research / testing with prospective clients
• Mission vision values / logic models in impact practice
• Being able to create and present any deliverable required at any stage of the project
• Serve as de facto practice lead for the following practices that are not currently staffed:
• Present to prospective clients and incorporate feedback
• Marketing Leadership
• Market research
• Create decks
• Maintain quality control with all written marketing materials
• Serve as the backup for each practice lead in case of absence or lack of fit with a client
• Build initial marketing and promotional materials
• Legal strategy / contracts
• Presentation building - investor, sales, strategy
• Design the concept and revenue model for a new product or business line
• Head Practice Lead

• Define ramp-up and implementation plan
• Positioning strategy

• Mediate conflicts between other staff and clients, serving as representative

or go-between when needed

• Delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide feedback d. Assess and help improve team morale
• Recruit, hire, and onboard analysts and practice leads
• Perform regular check-in meetings and periodic performance reviews with all analysts and practice leads
• Renegotiate terms of contracts and resolve disputes as needed
