Placement: IT Services Company (Glints Client)

Working Arrangement: WFO from SCBD, South Jakarta

:

• Create test harnesses and infrastructure as necessary
• Work closely with engineers to help report, track, and follow up with defects found on the application during development
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Work closely with customer service to report, track, and follow up defects found on post-production
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Actively test applications from multiple different fronts and scenarios to discover defects, identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Work closely with the Product team to come up with a testing strategy for features before the development
• Smoke test application on post-production deployment
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and consult

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Experience in creating Automation Test scripts using Katalon
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development process
