Purchasing Manager - Factory Construction

Work location: Bekasi.

Responsibilities

- Ensuring the material purchasing process is according to specifications

and budget, and that goods arrive in good condition and on time

- Ensuring purchasing administration is carried out correctly and properly

validated

- Conduct vendor selection and evaluation processes on a regular basis

- Ensuring updated vendor and material databases

- Perform material purchase recapitulation and reports

- Conducting research and looking for new goods or materials and

suppliers

- Assessing tenders from potential suppliers

- Conduct price negotiations and agree on cooperation contracts with

suppliers

- Responsible for coordinating the entire purchasing team in the

project, so that work can be carried out according to the scope of work,

schedule, specification and budget set

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any dicsipline

• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Purchasing for Construction company and at least 3 years as a Purchasing Manager

• Experienced as purchasing coordinator in Factory Building Civil

construction projects

• Excellent knowledge of technical goods, especially in factory construction

• Willing to work in Cikarang

• Business English level skill

• Willing to work on Saturday.

Salary up to 20 mio nett
