Our client is a prestigious Korean-style construction management design company with a reputation for delivering unparalleled service in the industry. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead their construction division. • Share weekly project progress reports with the team, and more frequently as required
• Record all details of invoice, payment, contracts, approvals, installation, etc., and maintain meticulous records
• Attend and prepare for meetings with partners, clients, and vendors
• Continuously monitor project deliverables and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects within set timelines
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress in a timely manner
• Lead and manage the construction division, overseeing all construction activities from conception to completion
• Periodically check project schedules based on targets and disseminate information across departments
• Coach and support project team members, delegating tasks to ensure efficient project progression
• Review and verify layouts, Detailed Drawings (DD), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and other essential documents
• Be attuned to specific project details, such as site conditions, delivery delays, or special requests from dealers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or equivalent experience is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret Detailed Drawings
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field
• Skilled in document administration using relevant tools
• Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Proficiency in English is a must; Mandarin language skills will be a significant plus
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Korean Nationality
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
