Responsibilities

• They Lead A Team Of Professionals, Including Construction Site Monitoring Consultants, Assistant Construction Site Supervisors, Specialized Electrical And Plumbing Assistants, Construction Site Supervisors, Finishing Controllers, A Finishing Team Manager, A Team For Prioritized Issue Resolution, And A Renovation Team
• The Construction Director Is Responsible For Overseeing The Management Of 200 Projects Within The Organization
• The Construction Director Ensures The Successful Execution Of Projects, Adherence To Quality Standards, And Efficient Utilization Of Resources

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
• Experience: 8+ years of extensive experience in construction project management, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Language: Fluent in English
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements
• Have Driving License SIM A/SIM C
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in renovation projects is advantageous
