Capex Procurement Specialist (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, tender process to contract finalization.
• Collaborate with the technical team and project team to define the purchasing strategy, performance guarantee concept, and to ensure the implementation of the project within the timeline and budget.
• Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to supplier scorecards, business reviews, and dispute resolution.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to integrate supply category spend, plans, and outcomes in investment planning and budgeting.
• Develop and lead category sourcing strategies for the construction project.

Qualifications:

• High level of integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and work independently.
• Bachelor/ master's degree from reputable university.
• Proven experience in Procurement Project/Management Construction/Procurement Construction Project with more than 5 years of experience.
• In depth knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical concepts and ability to build bottoms-up cost models on the understanding of construction processes.
• Willing to work in Serpong, Tangerang.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in English or Mandarin.
