Business Specialist (Procurement Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Build good communication between internal and vendor
• Ensure the security and validity of the project by coordinating with internal parties (Legal, Audit, and Finance)
• Manage overall day to day Marketing project request
• Have experienced work in Marketing agency or in research field
• Project progress monitoring
• Make sure all project is going well
• Responsible for handling Data Administrative and paperwork management (filling) related to the Research Project
• Conduct project pitching to vendors
• Responsible to identify any indication of abnormal expenses or expenses progress.

Job Requirements:

• Great analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail, negotiation leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks to deliver them to managerial
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Two or more years of background working in Procurement handling Marketing needs is a must
• Bachelor's Degree in communication/business management or related major
