Procurement Specialist Jobs

s :

• Prepare proposals, request quotation and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
• Handle and makesure all the talent needs are sufficient
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
• Process the request from Users for talent listing
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
• Looking for Vendor and negotiate as the requirements
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings

Qualifications :

• Flexible enough to working on weekends (if needed)
• Good management, negotiation and communications skill
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Communications, Public Relations, Managements or relative fields
• Creative, initiative, detail and accountability
• Had an experience to deals with KOL and Talent would be preferred
• Had an experience at least 2-3 years on purchasing / procurement
