Construction Procurement Jobs

Proven experience in Procurement Project/Management Construction/Procurement Construction Project with more than 5 years of experience.

Manage internal and external stakeholders to integrate supply category spend, plans, and outcomes in investment planning and budgeting.

Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to supplier scorecards, business reviews, and dispute resolution.

In depth knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical concepts and ability to build bottoms-up cost models on the understanding of construction processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, tender process to contract finalization.

Formulate budget and expense of project and present proposal to top management

Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0

3-7 years experience in related position ( Candidates with quantity surveyor background are preffered )

Experienced in handling industrial projects, especially in FMCG

Must possess strong leadership, communication. negotiation and problem solving skills

Responsible in handling construction tender process
