Capex Procurement Specialist (Construction)

Proven experience in Procurement Project/Management Construction/Procurement Construction Project with more than 5 years of experience.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to integrate supply category spend, plans, and outcomes in investment planning and budgeting.
Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to supplier scorecards, business reviews, and dispute resolution.
In depth knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical concepts and ability to build bottoms-up cost models on the understanding of construction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, tender process to contract finalization.

Manage long term deferred expenses recognition and amortization
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Audit. CPA, ACCA preferred
Experience in large foreign-funded enterprises preferred, Proficiency in using SAP preferred
Approve fixed assets purchase requisition, payment, and create voucher for cost capex, depreciation, disposal, impairmen, etc
Fluent in English both oral and written, Mandarin speaker is preffered.
