Procurement Governance & Excellence Specialist

About The Role
You will be the part of HoldCo Procurement team based in Jakarta overseeing all OpCo under the GoTo Group &, focusing on executing projects-based related to Procurement Operations (maintenance, business process improvement, and technology adoption) while working with cross-functional stakeholders across the Group.
What You Will Do

• Identifying gaps within Procurement Operations using Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and monitoring the corrective action plan completion
• Review and revamp Procurement Policy/Procedure on a periodic basis
• Leverage technology to deliver efficient & effective monitoring of the compliance of Procurement Operations to the company’s policy and procedure
• Perform project management and quantitative measure to ensure milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
• Identify, verify, and analyze potential issues in Procurement operations, covering the business process, technology adoption, and people.

What You Will Need

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement-related areas
• Strong business and commercial mindset
• Advanced in verbal and written English proficiency
• Excellent project management skills
• Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field. Preferably has been working in Procurement or Project Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

About The Team
GoTo Procurement Team formed from Gojek & Tokopedia Team consists of ~40 people based in Indonesia. The gist of our role is to contribute to annual cost optimization within GoTo following GoTo Procurement Policy and build strong relationships both with internal stakeholders and vendors. We collaborate alongside many teams across the organization.
