What will you do?

As a Pitch Director, you will lead the charge to grow our portfolio of advertisers/brands, based out of Jakarta, Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur. You will work together with a team of strategists and project managers to deliver cutting edge stories, pitches, and solutions.

• Top strategist with a proven track record of delivering insight-driven solutioning.
• Resourceful individual with a mentality to disrupt and win.
• Thought leader in the fields of insights, digital media, creative and technology.
• Skilled in building and maintaining senior level relations, both on client side and internal stakeholders in markets and regional practices.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Know the ins-and-outs of the marketing and agency universe.
• Ability to collaborate and lead project teams to drive growth through new business pitches.
• Possesses outstanding storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience in working with revenue targets and tracking and reporting on new business performance metrics.
• Able to bring together a team from multi-practice backgrounds to deliver on deadlines.

What skills and experience you will need?

• Proven track record in new business development.
• Min 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge about the digital media industry and latest digital advertising trends.
• Mandatory to have Strategy experience at digital/media agency
• Solid numerical and financial understanding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Web and App Analytics (social, video or search and display), Google Analytics or any other 3 rd party analytic tools.
