Job Description
  • Develop and implement measurement and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of grant initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on CSR and grant activities to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate grant activities into the company's operations.
  • Develop and lead the company's Grant strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Oversee philanthropic efforts, including identifying organizations and initiatives for financial support.
  • Represent the company in Grant-related forums, events, and partnerships.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in philanthropy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community partners, and grant recipients.
  • Manage the company's grant programs, from application and selection to monitoring and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, philanthropy, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for CSR principles, philanthropy, and social impact.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and corporate citizenship.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project management skills to oversee the execution of CSR and grant programs.
  • 10–15 years of experience in CSR, philanthropy, grants management, or a related leadership role
  • Analytical skills to assess the impact of CSR and grant initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
