The Construction Director Is Responsible For Overseeing The Management Of 200 Projects Within The Organization

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals

Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring all costs are controlled and within guidelines

Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or related professional area

Has in-depth knowledge of local and state laws related to loss prevention and safety

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department.

Manages supplies and maintains equipment inventories within budget.

Solicits employee feedback, utilizing an “open door” policy and reviewing employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns.

Supports a Spa orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.

Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensuring employees do the same within the team.

Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate practices, property market dynamics, and investment analysis.

Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
