Procurement Assistant Manager Jobs

1. Sourcing suppliers in the market
2. Processing supplier qualification and auditing supplier quality certification
3. Receiving, analyzing, and executing selection requests
4. Managing supplier development, relationships, and collaboration
5. Conducting regular supplier performance management and resolving major issues
6. Managing procurement documents
7. Being responsible for procurement operations
8. Monitoring and analyzing PTP, fulfillment, and other platform KPIs
9. Supporting project implementation
10. Coordinating and communicating with project teams and suppliers
11. Performing other tasks related to the department and activities
12. Following BCG regulations and avoiding any violations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major, with a preference for Engineering
2. 4+ years of total working experience, with experience in procurement preferred
3. Fluency in English (mandatory), with Mandarin proficiency preferred
4. Proficiency in MS Office and standardized test scores of related professional skills
5. Professional knowledge in procurement, project management, and basic communication knowledge such as TCP/IP protocol, network organization, topology, or 2G/3G/LTE technology etc
6. Previous work experience in the telecom industry is preferred
7. Strong responsibility and ability to work under pressure
8. Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
10. Result-oriented approach
