Job Desc


  • Analyze transaction history of purchasing request
  • Recommend new process or system for improvement
  • Implement new ideas & strategies for procurement
  • Manage vendor sourcing & registry
  • Ensure improvement of cost savings initiatives
  • Manage end to end Procurement activities
  • Ensuring supplier & subcontractor supply meet project schedule
  • Daily & Weekly report to Procurement Manager
Requirements


Requirements


  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, especially Ms Excel
  • Experience using procurement software
  • Have a leadership spirit
  • Experienced as Procurement Supervisor at least 3 years
  • Strong in administration & reporting
  • Preferably have good English skills
  • Have a good negotiations skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
