Tertiary Education with a technical nature preferred

Preferably having previous experience with ISO standards (specifically Quality ISO 9001) will be an advantage

Good written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills

Coordinating and supporting activities related to internal Quality Audits of project delivery processes and the external ISO audits.

Work with and manage approved agents to support daily customs clearances and own shipment issue resolution.

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Customs, Logistics, International Trade, Finance, Legal or related disciplines.

10+ years of working experience in customs and/or international trade and logistics in an international business environment.

In country Professional Customs Certification or Accreditation

Experience with driving process improvements

Minimum 5 years of people management experience

Ability to create a vision and strategy providing decisive leadership to a senior management team and within the peer group

May manage a large geographic area or country

Lead and coach Account Managers

Drive and manage accurate forecasting, manage pipeline and deliver on quarterly commitments

Develop and drive GTM and execution strategies across the Enterprise Customers covering the solution offerings
