Work experience between 2-5 years. Fresh graduates with stellar academic (GPA > 3.7) & extracurricular achievements are encouraged!

SQL, Python/R skills will be advantageous, but not mandatory for strong candidates. Do share if you have portfolio of projects

Good communication skills - the candidate is expected to write analysis reports and present to business stakeholders

Using SQL and Python to deep dive into the data and answer complex business questions

Use visualization libraries like plotly, seaborn, matplotlib to visualize key insights from rich data

Build simulation tools combining python and google sheets to enable decision makers test different business scenarios

Previous experience in digital marketing, growth analytics, or a related role.

Strong knowledge of digital channels, particularly YouTube and Facebook.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Conduct comprehensive channel performance reviews and reports for YouTube and Facebook, evaluating performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement.

Experience in creating reports and presentations and proficient in data visualization, and project management

Help and support high-level management to visualize strategies into presentation deck for multiple purposes.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the management and escalate issues according to project work plan.

Proven success working with all levels of management.

Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.

Lead report standardization and assumption alignment across divisions (finance, marketing, Department, market management)

3+ years’ experience in analytic scope

Have experience in SQL as day to day basis

Understanding users journey including trying it yourself, interview, talk to our customers, having FGD, talk to competitors (if possible)

Having close relationships with PMs/STOs and understanding their plan, pain points, and absorbing as much information and hypotheses as possible

Deep diving the hypothesis through our data and validating what’s the impact

Managing experiments with other team to get the best solution
