We are looking for a talented and data-driven Growth Analyst to join our team and support our mission of localizing contents for diverse audiences worldwide.
Responsibilities:
As a Growth Analyst at Bored Panda International Department, you will be responsible for:
- Keeping a close eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and creating competitor analysis reports to inform our strategy and help us maintain our competitive edge in the content localization landscape.
- Generating data-driven recommendations for new channels, closing underperforming channels, and maintaining a keen eye on revenue data to support the overall growth of our International Department.
- Running experiments as requested by our headquarters and director, ensuring that we are continuously innovating and testing new strategies to maximize our reach and impact.
- Creating bi-weekly performance reports to track our progress, highlight achievements, and flag any concerns for our team to address.
- Preparing monthly performance reports for our headquarters, showcasing the effectiveness of our localization efforts and offering insights into how we can further optimize our strategies.
- Updating posting guidelines in line with headquarters' strategies to ensure that our localized content consistently aligns with the overall brand vision and objectives.
- Conducting comprehensive channel performance reviews and reports for YouTube and Facebook, evaluating performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, particularly YouTube and Facebook
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Youtube & Facebook Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth analytics, or a related role
