Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting due diligence by working together with accountants and lawyers.
• Conduct negotiations with potential target companies.
• Create presentation materials for clients.
• Evaluate the worth of target companies.
• Offer guidance on handling M&A projects and provide the documentation for M&A procedures.
• Promote target companies to Japanese investors.
• Provide M&A consultation services to Japanese investors interested in investing in Indonesian companies.

Qualifications

• Having experiences as an M&A Advisor, such as M&A Strategic Planning, Due Diligence, Negotiation of Transaction Terms, Trade Execution
• Min 2 years experience in handling External M&A
• Min. Bachelor's Degree

Salary: Up to 30 Mio (Depends on experiences and interview results)
