Profiling merchant store Key Account/Strategic Key Account based on category or size of transaction in marketplace.

Assisting in the development of merchant growth of Desty Wholesale.

Following up to BD about merchant Key Account/Strategic Key Account.

Capable to following every process including meeting, onboarding and others.

Reviewing, analyzing and then determining new account landing pages tag based on its category type.

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with at least 3 years of working experience

Prior working experience in real sector or consulting or technology companies is a plus

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions

Conduct deep dive analysis; come up with approach, framework, and proposed analysis setups to understand correlation of drivers and results

Establish understanding of the markets and competition as inputs to short, medium, and long term growth strategy

Identify risks of underperformance and generate hypothesis to reverse the trends

Conduct market research for business models and demand strategy of luxury products.

Benchmark gold standards and competitors to provide recommendations for

Support wider CEO Office initiatives.

Final year student from a top university

Adept at market research and business model benchmark to formulate strategy

Excellent analytical thinking and attention to details

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, or content creation is a plus.
