Head Of Growth Marketing

Responsible:

• Monitor and review the application development project within the scheduled timeline and budget.
• Responsible for the overall eDOT apps ecosystem growth and sustainability, through Social Media, Content Operation, Community Operations, Content Programming, and Strategic Partnerships.
• Lead the overall performance of the business unit's product line, effectively managing the product life cycle, from planning, development, and launching.
• Build effective and enduring business relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and partners to support the business growth.
• Working as key members of the top management team to develop and execute the strategic planning with primary focuses on product planning and development, strategic marketing, and commercial for communication super app consisting the feature of social media, trending news aggregator, chat, voice call, video meeting, and commerce.

Qualifications:

• Cutting‑edge understanding of current social media platforms and trends and the ability to create content that performs against KPIs
• Experience working with online communities in building and facilitating content creation
• Intimate understanding of the Indonesia content and media business landscape; familiar with both traditional and advanced digital marketing channels.
• Proven performance indirectly leveraging cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability growing site and/or platform visitors, exceeding traffic and viewership goals
• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Experience building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high performing teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, startup environment
• Strong insight into digital content strategies and product operations
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a major media or tech business, ideally with a focus on content operations or development, marketing, content partnerships, and/or multi-channel content programming
• BS/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; Masters considered an asset
