Then come in and join our Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) team as Head of Diagnostics Marketing Communication to perform a multi-faceted communications role within the APJ Diagnostics Marketing team. The role reports to the Head of Marketing CLS & SLS, APJ and is responsible for developing strategic Marcom campaign & messaging for external audiences and selected internal audiences and acting as marketing communications lead for cross-Business Area (BA)/ Business Line (BL) topics. This position is also responsible for driving the ASEAN cluster Marketing Communications task directly.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Being cross-functional is in your DNA: you will work closely with the executive team, portfolio marketing, solutions marketing, digital marketing communications, and creative teams to weave the laboratory story into every dimension of our company.
• Develop, manage, and report on objectives and key indicators to track effectiveness of internal and external marketing communications campaigns to continuously improve and ensure achievement of team goals.
• Lead a robust Marketing Communications function within APJ. Responsible for developing and executing global & regional commercial communications strategy designed to position Siemens Healthineers as a high-impact leader in clinical diagnostics.
• Oversee efforts to increase share of mind and brand presence in front of key audiences, analyzing and adapting campaigns along the way.
• Serve as cross-BA/ BL lead working with global Diagnostics Marcom, regional APJ & ASEAN Commercial Head and country Healthineers Comms in driving internal communication activities across all countries including Townhall, Monthly Newsletter & Key Messages from the Leadership team.
• Skills and experience: communications and social media strategies, brand development, content marketing, audience conversion, events & exhibitions, and advertising will be relevant for this critical role.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• Experience in healthcare preferred
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in marketing or communications.

Your attributes and skills:

• Ability to influence and build alignment among cross-functional teams
• Able to nurture and grow talent; work within an organization to set a vision and execute it effectively.
• Experience in product launches, exhibitions, content marketing and corporate communications
• Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging narratives for multiple audiences
• Track record of effective delegation, ability to manage multiple priorities, and to organize a large volume of work and keep it flowing through the pipeline
• Ability to build and execute strategic plans with tactics that deliver tangible results such as opt-in growth or lead generation
• Willing to travel up to 35%
• Working Location: Singapore/ Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Philippines/ Thailand/ Vietnam
• Strong digital copywriter, able to communicate messages through landing pages, emails, search and programmatic advertising, social media, and other online formats
• Must understand the healthcare space, specifically with a focus on communicating in a highly regulated environment
• Mastery of multiple business communications disciplines, including strategic integrated campaign and communication plan development, advertising, and digital marketing
