Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
2.Minimum 5+ years experience in digital marketing andmarketingteammanagementexperience,experienceinSaaSproductsispreferred
3.Experiences in tech company and familiar with E-Commerce and Omnichannel more preferred.
4.Familiarwithdigitalmarketingmethods,andcanguidetheteaminmarketingactivities
5.FamiliarwithIndonesia'smainstreammarketingchannelsandrelatedresources
6.Demonstrable experience master leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
7.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
8.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
9.Master of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
10.Master of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
11.Master the implementation of paid advertising channels, such as Facebook Ads, Instagram and Google Adwords campaigns
12.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill.
13.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
14.Incredible attention to detail
15.Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
16.Ability too work with team, dynamic and fun
17.Fluent in English (Writing & Reading) , Mandarin is a plus
Responsibilities:
1.Plan , design and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
3.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
4.Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
5.Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
6.Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
7.Establish collaboration with external parties or brand to support digital marketing strategy
8.Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
9.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
10.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
11.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
