Client Strategy Analyst Jobs

Minimum 3 years of experience.

Provide insights, recommendations, and strategies to enhance the operational delivery of BI solutions, and technical directions

Gather, cleanse, and securely store large sets of data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover valuable business insights and trends.

Collaborate with various teams to generate regular reports, formulating substantiated recommendations aimed at enhancing business performance.

Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;

Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;

Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and

Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insightful data analysis

Stay up-to-date with Excel's latest features and functionalities to enhance analysis capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in [relevant field such as Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline]

Proven experience as an Excel Analyst or similar role

Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and manipulate large datasets efficiently

Develop complex Excel models, templates, and reports to support data-driven decision-making

Effectively communicating the insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

Working closely with clients, developer & creative team, and managerial staff

Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

Helping to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Have 3+ years of experience in business analysis and related areas

Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management

Acting as the orchestrator of the end-to-end strategy management of the company

Working closely with project management to regularly monitor the execution of initiatives from all teams

Minimum 2 years of work experience as CEO Office Analyst, Project Manager or Strategic Planner

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or any other relevant major

Serve as the central point of contact for the project communication, training and change management activities.

Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel skills, which you were using on real work projects before.

Experience with complex analytics and statistical/machine learning techniques using R/Python/Spark

Experience building automated analytical processes and functionality

Ability to communicate fluently in English

Proven track record in using data to  measure performance, build reports and tools  and make decisions

Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast

Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment 

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with ability to work well across multiple stakeholders 

Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and come up with recommendations

Growth mindset and excited to work on a variety of functional areas

Entrepreneurial and not afraid to be hands-on on the work

Ability to write in SQL a plus, or willingness to learn 

Up to 3 years experience in a project management, management trainee or consulting role

Strong organisational, interpersonal and client management skills

Manage day-to-day liaison with external clients; actively participate in client meetings

Execute the delivery of large-scale programmes with B2B clients according to set milestones and targets

Support ideation on driving engagement and health outcomes for our clients

Work in cross-functional teams across Tech, Operations and Business Development
