Data Analyst ( Glints Client)

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.PS. this position not for Freshgraduate and candidate with minimum experience in data below 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Gather, cleanse, and securely store large sets of data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Designing automation / reporting tools outside of BI tools needed for integration with other projects, such as: email automation using google script
• Performing raw data withdrawal or data that has been processed from the database needed for internal and external team analysis through BI tools or queries, such as Redash or Periscope.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover valuable business insights and trends.
• Utilize data-driven insights to provide solid and firm recommendations for business strategies and direction.
• Provide insights, recommendations, and strategies to enhance the operational delivery of BI solutions, and technical directions
• Perform software development, production support and provides overall expertise in the area of Data Warehouse and Reporting Application, which include report design, trigger and alerts, data processing, report automation, visualization and dashboards for operational improvements
• Collaborate with various teams to generate regular reports, formulating substantiated recommendations aimed at enhancing business performance.
• Making an analysis or report based on data that has been processed for the purposes of improvement in the form of presentations or e-mail

Qualifications

• Over performing candidates with good culture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must be able working build data and organize it
• Able to communicate well with the team.
• Conduct research and development of database systems.
• Accustomed to multi tasking, thorough, and disciplined.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Perform data analysis and process data into reports that are easy to understand.
• Critical thinking, analytical, logical, and detail oriented.
• Compile and prepare report materials
• Must be able working build data and organize it
• Conduct field observations and design data systems and databases.
• Have interest in database development.
• Extract primary and secondary data to various tools.
• Can work independently or in a team.
• Make a daily report on the results of observations and testing.
