Job Title: Junior Analyst

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (or remote)

Company Information: Daniel P. O’Reilly and Company (DPO&Co.) is a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in rapidly delivering value to our clients. We engage with Private Equity firms and traditional corporate clients on projects similar to those at A.T Kearney, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, etc. After several successful years and completing over 60 engagements, we have also entered the Principal Investing arena, closing our first deal on a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing company in September 2020. For the past year, we have also been focusing on growing our Business Process Outsourcing pillar, which aims to help streamline and improve our clients’ back-office processes. The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, Seattle, Denver, Jakarta, Indonesia, and New Delhi, India.

• Support team in other capacities such as business development and internal firm-building activities, including but not limited to, preparing research dossier and potential clientele
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Conduct end-to-end data gathering, perform insightful analysis to develop presentations on the ‘so-what’ recommendation for client deliverables
• Provide support to Business Analysts in executing client projects related to consulting, market research, and/or BPO work execution

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Available to join immediately
• Commit to work at least 20 hours/week. Can work full time would be good.
• Strong communication and English proficiency (both oral and written)
• Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills with basic functions. Having Microsoft PowerPoint experience would be a plus
• Good track record in team working situations, able to communicate in situations with a high level of diversity.

• Having a growth mindset and problem-solving skills, energized to discover new things and find the ways to clear up various issues.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior Undergraduates pursuing Engineering / Economics / Business degree with min 3.4 GPA.
