Provide support to Business Analysts in executing client projects related to consulting, market research, and/or BPO work execution

Conduct end-to-end data gathering, perform insightful analysis to develop presentations on the ‘so-what’ recommendation for client deliverables

Graduated as Bachelor of Business/Management/Marketing or any related field.

You will be responsible for performing actuarial valuation for client’s long term benefit plans.

Collecting and analyzing data and benefit programs to determine appropriate assumptions.

Working together with Project Managers and Client Team to ensure each project is completed on-time and meet the professional standard excellence.

Utilizing Microsoft office and/or actuarial softwares to calculate and prepare actuarial reports, both accounting and funding valuation.

Analyzing and reviewing post-retirement plan designs and cost implications.

Collaborating with consultants to assist creation and presentation of project proposals.

Responsible for data cleaning and management of data

Knowledge & experience in Google Analytics (UA & GA4)

Knowledge of Programmatic advertising, SEM, Google Tag Manager

Work closely with business stakeholders to define business requirements and measurement objectives

Suggest changes, testing programs, define requirements, tasks, resources associated, prioritize projects and create roadmap to execute CRO strategies

1+ years experience in digital marketing

Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerja dalam kelompok;

Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik;

Memahami dasar-dasar organisasi pemerintahan, familiar dengan dokumen pemerintahan, SNI dan ISO;

Memiliki kemampuan menulis laporan dan dokumen dengan baik;

Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah kerja atau project.

Melakukan pengumpulan data, baik data primer maupun sekunder;

Experienced min 1 year as System and/or Business Analyst would be an advantage

Min Bachelor Degree in all major, IT more preferred

Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
