Business Process Analyst Jobs

The employer is from a well-known company in Indonesia, Astra International. The office will be located in Sunter, North Jakarta.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Build and evaluate business advancement processes
• Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources
• Communicate with workers at all levels to evaluate key performance measures of loss, cost and wages
• Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities
• Create and implement initiatives, business process development, and operative process management
• Carry out Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes
• Provide detailed reports indicating system necessities and computer code functions in terms of operation.
• Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of project goals and organization goals
• Estimate advancement efficiencies and connected prices for management choices
• Inspect the effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations

Ideal Profile

• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• Bachelors : Minimum S1
• Working System: WFO (Work from client's office: Sunter, North Jakarta)
• Can conduct queries and conducting presentations.
• Have experience in conducting SQA (Software Quality Assrance)
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• Can conduct SQA
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• Have experience in using Office, SQL, SQL server
• Have good management skills and analysis
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• Have good communication and negotiation skills.
