About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be helping the client with digital transformation:

• Lead the onsite ERP and/or HCM implementation process and become an agent of change
• Provide and manage training activity plans, materials, and user manuals
• Evaluate pain points and provide practical solutions
• Suggest operational improvements and optimization

This role suits you if you want to enhance your skills in business process optimization and business software. Your main responsibility is to handle software implementation which will be exposed directly to day-to-day users.

You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people regularly from diverse backgrounds. We work in an open environment where there are no boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive personality
• Has experience in Odoo ERP is the most preferred
• Quick to adapt and learn
• Special interest in accounting & finance, business process optimization, and business software
• Strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.0
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP implementation
